This was inevitable right? They say not too worry, take it easy. 

Maybe it was foolish for us to assume that $8 bucks was gonna protect us from commercials in our movies entirely. Even with around 60 million users now, they're not just gonna stop thinking of ways to make more money right? It's a business. It's Hollywood. It's box office stuff. It's the future and they've got a good grip on it.

In later 2014, CNN Money reported that Netflix earned $1.48 billion in revenue resulting in $83.4 million in profits... for just the fourth quarter of last year. So, they're doing ok schlepping 80's bmx bike movies, sexy foreign language films, documentaries on crop circles (which I still have on "my list") and Orange is The New Black.

They say they are "Testing pre and post roll ads". Testing? Does that mean if it doesn't go over well with people the idea will be trashed? That's how you test something right?

Probably not in this particular circumstance no. This is prob more of a tech testing and we ain't got a friggin thing to say about it. Matter of fact, we're gonna prob see this happen AND and increase in cost to boot. Enjoy those good ol' days friends. Nothing fun lasts long you know that. Everything cool gets ruined. Always.
