Another Mild Winter For Maine? [VIDEO]

The National Weather Service has posted their winter weather forecast for December through February and Mainers will either be very excited or disappointed. 

The Portland Press Herald shared the forecast from NOAA and all signs seem to point to a mild winter for Maine with temperatures above normal, and more so the further north you go.

If you look at that map, Maine is the only New England state that is predicted to have temperatures above normal. Of course this is only a prediction based on patterns, and patterns could change, so we'll have to wait and see. For now though, it looks like you might not need that shovel too much this year.
