Are you holding up the internet?

According a new report done by internet company Sandvine, people who stream netflix and watch videos on YouTube are making up about 50% of the interweb traffic here in North America. I'd be lying if i didn't admit that i've spent countless hours watching WWE DVDs on Netflix that i was too cheap to buy or music videos from bands that haven't "made it"yet on YouTube. So be honest, how much of the traffic jam can be attributed to you?
