The windows will be rattling this summer in Bangor, as Waterfront Concerts announces a massive three-day rock block called the Impact Festival rolls into town July 27th-29th. After several incredible years of the Rise Above Fest, the Impact Festival has been born. It features some of the biggest names in rock and metal touring today.

Friday night will be especially evil as veteran rockers Slayer headline the evening alongside Lamb of God and Anthrax amongst others. Saturday night features an all-star cast as well, with Black Label Society, Three Days Grace, Prophets of Rage and the headliner Avenged Sevenfold on the bill. Sunday night closes out the Impact Festival with P.O.D., Underoath, and a pair of co-headliners, Marilyn Manson and Rob Zombie.

Tickets go on-sale to the general public Friday, March 9th at 10am.

A couple new things this year offered by Waterfront Concerts include a ticket payment plan if you're planning on attending all three nights of the festival. There will also be camping accommodations available off site.
