Sure, this Sunday will kick off HBO’s spring 2016 with the likes of Game of Thrones, Silicon Valley and Veep, but what of summer? Never you fear, for Dwayne Johnson’s Ballers will arrive in July, along with the long-awaited debut of Danny McBride and Walton Goggins’ new comedy Vice Principals.

Per HBO’s official confirmation, both new series will premiere on Sunday, July 17, Ballers at 10:00 P.M. and Vice Principals at 10:30. The latter takes the place of 2015's The Brink, which itself was renewed for a second season, until the network walked back that decision.

Produced by Johnson and Entourage heads Mark Wahlberg and Stephen Levinson, half-hour dramedy Ballers follows the lives of Miami-based active and retired athletes, Johnson among them. The series also stars Hot Tub Time Machine traveler Rob Corddry, Omar Benson Miller, John David Washington, Troy Garity, Donovan Carter, Jazmyn Simon, Taylor Cole and LeToya Luckett.

Meanwhile, McBride’s Vice Principals follows a high school and the people who “almost” run it, with McBride starring as Neal Gamby, the divorced vice principal in charge of discipline at the school. Goggins, meanwhile will play Lee Russell, vice principal of curriculum at Lincoln High, as both enter an epic power struggle vying for the top spot: to be school principal.

Boardwalk Empire and True Detective alum Shea Whigham will take the supporting role of Ray Liptrapp, the new husband of Gamby’s ex-wife Gale (Busy Philipps). Vice Principals will also feature McBride executive producing alongside Jody Hill, co-creator David Gordon Green and Stephanie Laing, all Eastbound & Down alum.

You can watch trailers for both below, and stay tuned for the July 17 premiere.
