They sell t-shrits, music & tickets. If they're lucky they might have a bobblehead or a iPHONE case too. Other than that, how else do you make money as a musician? New ways are upon on us! It is a business - Is it cool though?

Read this article! This is an artist based in Melbourne, but it seems to be a practice that is alive and well here in the States too. Surely they can do these things because it's a business, but is it cool to charge someone for a picture or an autograph or a meet & greet? Do fans pay enough already? Is it simply up to the fans to decide what to pay for or are we just too understanding as fans in giving artists a free pass to bleed people for more money to off set a struggling music economy?
