The Boston Bruins put their blowout loss to the Kings in the rear view mirror and opened a 6-game road trip by blasting the Winnipeg Jets 6-2.

Patrice Bergeron and Brad Marchand led the Bruins as Bergy scored two goals and Marchand added a goal and 2 assists.

Both teams traded goals in the first period with the Bruins holding a 3-2 advantage in the first intermission on Marchand's 26th goal of the season.

After a scoreless second period Boston exploded for three more goals in the third. Bergeron, David Pastrnak and Jimmy Hayes took care of the scoring in that final period.

Tuukka Rask was strong in goal stopping 34 pf the 36 shots he faced.
