Bon Ton In The Maine Mall Posted A Sign…But Forgot What City They Were In

Thanks to the keen eye of Krister R. on Twitter, Bon Ton's new "adjustment" to their large sign hanging in their storefront has been brought to everyone's attention. The store intially hung a large "We Heart Portland" sign until someone (and we don't know who exactly) informed them that the Maine Mall, and their Bon Ton store, was actually located in SOUTH Portland.

Whoops?

Bon Ton then took down the sign and made a small adjustment. As you may be able to make out in the above pictures, they added a small, red, cursive South on top of the enormous lettering spelling out Portland. Problem solved, right? Well...

At least they tried.
