Tom Brady threw three touchdown passes and LeGarrette Blount had three rushing touchdowns to lead the Patriots to a 45-7 AFC Championship win over the Colts.Brady completed 23 passes for 226 yards and touchdown passes to Rob Gronkowski, James Devlin and his left tackle Nate Solder. Blount completely dominated the second half with punishing runs that totaled 148 yards on 30 carries. The 38 point win is the second most lopsided win in AFC Championship history.

The Patriots defense held Andrew Luck to 126 yards on 12 completions and two interceptions, one by Darelle Revis and the other by Jamie Collins.

The AFC title is the eighth in Patriots franchise history and the sixth for Tom Brady and Bill Belichick. New England will take on the Seattle Seahawks in Super Bowl 49 February 1 in Phoenix Arizona.
