Breeder Was Going to Throw Out “Defective” Mastiff Until Someone Came to Her Rescue

Willow is a Neapolitan Mastiff puppy that was born with a condition called Swimmer Puppy Syndrome. My first thought was it was a condition that prohibited dogs to swim but it's much more than that. They're born with this condition where their chests are flat and limbs out to the side making them unable to move. A lot of times these puppies are euthanized.
