The Portland Museum of Art attracts so much genius, you'd think all the world's best artists grew up here...well, the man who's solo exhibit is currently hanging at PMA does own a house on Mt. Desert Island. Does that count?
When I started this summer series "How Well Do You Know Portland?" a couple weeks ago, the one thing it taught me is you guys really know the nitty gritty on the city. We received 40 to 50 correct responses about last week's picture. Shall we continue our quest?
Alright! So a lot of people know where this is. Three days ago, I put a picture up on CYY of some alfresco arte (aka graffiti) , that adorns a wall in a certain Portland locale. Found out the "locale" has a few more aliases than just the street name.
In less than one week, Portland voters will decide if it will be easier or harder for City Councilors to sell public parks, including the Congress Square Plaza which is in the eye of the political storm, according to the Portland Press-Herald
