The Boston Celtics shut down the Portland Trailblazers 116-93 and now own a 12 game home winning streak. That type of streak hasn't happened since the 2008-09 season.

After getting down by 10 points early in the game, the Celtics kicked it in gear in the third quarter, outscoring Portland 30-12. The Blazers high flying back tandum of Damian Lillard and C.J. McCollum were held in check.

Isaiah Thomas led the C's with 30 points in 30 minutes of court time. Jared Sullinger had a double-double, 15 points and 11 rebounds.

At 37-25 the Celtics are third in the Eastern Conference and now two games ahead of fourth place Miami.
