The Boston Celtics opened the preseason with an exhibition win over Olimpia Milano 124-91 in a game played in Italy.Coach Brad Stevens got a god look at his team by playing 16 different players with 6 of them scoring in double figures. Isaiah Thomas led Boston with 18 points, 4 rebounds and 3 steals while coming off the bench. Jared Sullinger and Avery Bradley each added 14 and David Lee 13 points to go along with 7 rebounds.

While it was only the first game of the preseason, many people believe Stevens provided a peek at what the potential starting line-up will look like when the regular season opens as he put Marcus Smart, Avery Bradley, Jae Crowder, David Lee and Tyler Zeller on the floor to open the game.
