Coming Soon to the Other Portland and the State of Oregon…Sewage Beer.

You may remember us joking about this back in January. Well it's coming to fruition. Oregon's water utility company came up with a new method to purify sewage water. Home brewing club Oregon Brew Crew has gotten approval to use recycled waste water in the brewing of beer. It appears the poop beer will be consumed at tasting events and to customers by the makers.

On a side note, they're saying this could be a development for the future of other ways that we can use waste water. With that being said, it might be a good idea to pay close attention to those nutrition labels in the future.
