Since Kurt Cobain died 20 years ago, Courtney Love and Dave Grohl have been at odds with each other over what to do with Nirvana's archives, which has led to some messy public spats. But now the Hole frontwoman thinks it's time for the feuding pair to put the past behind them.

"It's time to make amends," Love told an audience during a talk and performance at Cannes Lions 2014, according to the Daily Mail.

The feud between Love and Grohl, and his Nirvana bandmate Krist Novoselic, started when they had to sort out Nirvana, L.L.C., which manages the band's catalog. But as Cobain's wife and the executor of his estate, Love sold a large amount of her late husband's publishing rights to a third party, which resulted in a Kurt Cobain-like character in the video game 'Guitar Hero 5.'

A couple months ago, Love and the surviving members of Nirvana finally reunited onstage when the band was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Even though Love and Grohl hugged at the ceremony, and she's all for making peace, Grohl has yet to say anything on the matter.

While we wait, let's watch the great 'Smells Like Teen Spirit' video again, shall we?
