Dave Matthews Band Returning To Bangor For Their 25th Anniversary

Dave Matthews Band are touring the country in celebration of their 25th anniversary will stop at Darling's Waterfront Pavilion in Bangor on June 8th. 

Waterfront Concerts has announced the return of Dave Matthews Band to Darling's Waterfront Pavilion in Bangor on Wednesday, June 8th, 2016 as part of the Machias Savings Bank Concert Series. Dave Matthews last played in Bangor 2 years ago.

2016 is a special year for Dave Matthews band as they'll be celebrating their own 25th anniversary. The band has promised to tour relentlessly in 2016 with an eye towards taking all of 2017 (and perhaps 2018) off. To celebrate their triumphant anniversary, Dave Matthews Band is planning on playing two full sets of music at every stop on their nationwide tour.

Dave Matthews will have some competition in Bangor on June 8th. In a scheduling oddity, Ringo Starr and his All-Starr Band will also be visiting the city, playing a show at the Cross Insurance Center. Hotel rooms should be at a premium!

Tickets for Dave Matthews Band at Darling's Waterfront Pavilion will go on sale to the general public on February 19th at noon.
