Distracted Skowhegan Driver With Unrestrained Toddler Caught on Video [VIDEO]

Lauren was driving and was so caught off guard by this woman driving, while on the phone and her kid is climbing all over the front seat!

Lauren called the police, and tried to get the woman's attention, but she was too busy on her phone.

Lauren Hartsock told NEWS CENTER she was headed to Wal-Mart with her wife Wednesday night when she saw the driver on Madison Avenue in Skowhegan. She says she tried to get her attention because she couldn't believe what she was seeing.

Skowhegan Police said they are investigating, and even have the name of the owner of the car. So far no charges have been filed and no comment from police if there will be charges coming.  of the vehicle owner.
