This building in Portland was built in the mid 1800s and still stands today. Do you know where it is?

The building looks a bit different today and its location has been developed significantly in the 130 years since this photo was taken. If you've ever needed to see a doctor in Portland, you may have driven right past it.

This is the U.S. Marine Hospital, a building that today is on the National Register of Historic Places. It's now part of the Martin's Point Health Care campus and sits on campus street bearing it's original name.

According to Wikipedia, the hospital was built in 1855-59 by the federal government, as part of the Marine Hospital Service, which provided medical care to sick and disabled seamen.
