Done Deal: Julien Back With B’s [VIDEO]

Boston Bruins GM Don Sweeney says coach Claude Julien will be back next season for a 10th season. That ends the speculation that a second straight season of missing the playoffs could cost Julien his job.

Sweeney admitted that it was a bumpy transition period this season but he said Julien was the right coach.

In nine seasons behind the B's bench Julien is 393-223-88. That makes him the winningest coach in franchise history. But, back to back late season stumbles have cost the team a playoff spot.
