Drone Video of Fall Foliage Shows That Northern Maine Is at Its Peak

Northern Maine's fall foliage has really started to pop! In the drone video taken by Stephen Pate and posted by WMTW, you can see the beautiful colors of fall in Northern New England. The video gives you an idea of what it would be like to be a bird, flying above the gorgeous scene.

And as you can see in the map below posted by Maine Fall Foliage, about a third of the state is at peak. Of course that means it's just getting started for the rest of us...over the next few weeks, the rest of us will start to see nature's breathtaking transformation!
