So in many cases, people just let it out. They do what comes natural. Cursin', yelling, taking some brutal honest shots at employees. Hey, its a reaction! You're not entirely to blame. It's a moment and things happen quick fast in a big moment like that. It's instinct. Reflex and reaction to something personal.
