In something you don't see very often here in Maine, a small cafe in Freeport has closed much earlier in the 2018 season than they expected because...they're just too popular.

Wolfe's Neck Center took to Facebook to make the announcement that because of such overwhelming demand for their local and organic offerings, they'll have to close their cafe far earlier than they had anticipated in 2018. Wolfe's Neck has been facing staffing shortages and system malfunctions and would prefer to close for 2018 and come back in 2019 fully prepared for the demand.

Wolfe's Neck apologized for closing early and hope that they're loyal patrons will return in 2019.
