Help Police Identify Portland Person of Interest in Apparent Homicide on Gilman Street

Do you recognize this person? Police say he is a person of interest in the early morning shooting at 88 Gilman Street in Portland today (March 16). One person, identified as 36-year-old David Anderson of Portland, died in the shooting and one other subject sustained a bullet wound and was treated and released.
