Here's something you don't see everyday. A hula hoop dancer performing amongst the graffiti covered walls near Monument Square in downtown Portland. 

Her name is Michelle Vi and she does things with a hulu hoop that seem impossible to most of us. Admit it. You were never able get that thing to spin around your waist more than twice were you?
