A friend of mine saw a co-worker's pay stub on the printer and curiosity got the best of him. He won't admit it but I think he kind of regrets it. Not so much that he's feeling guilty that privacy was invaded but more so that he found out this person that works in the same department makes more money than he does. It's hard to not be resentful when that goes down.

Question: Do you respect the privacy of your co-worker or is it their careless mistake?
