New Boston Bruins GM Don Sweeney made it official today - Claude Julien and his entire coaching staff will return for a ninth season.

Sweeney made it official in Buffalo, site of the NHL pre-draft scouting combine and it ends weeks of speculation about the B's coaching situation.

Julien's future was up in the air after the team fired GM Peter Chiarelli and then hired Sweeney. He had the decision on whether to bring Julien back or hire a new coach.

Julien has a 351-192-79 record in 8 season with the Bruins, plus a Stanley Cup title.

But, the B's missed the playoffs this year and ownership promised changes.

Julien is the now the leader among coaches in time behind the bench with the same team.

NOTE:  The NHL draft is set for June 26th and 26th. The Bruins have the 14th overall pick. The B's also have pick #37, #75, #82, #105, #135, #165 and #195.
