Look What I Got in the Mail...And It Wasn't Even in a Package

I was complaining to my friend Emily last week via Facebook chat that I was craving summer and that the sudden drop in temps was annoying me. She lives in Austin but grew up in Maine and knows how much one truly appreciate spring when it rolls around. Truth be told we didn't have a brutal winter by any means but if you're a Mainer, sitting out in the sunshine can never come soon enough.

I went to grab my mail the other day and is a frisbee. Yes a plastic flying disc, sitting there on top of some bills and drug store junk mail. Come to find out, she sent it to assure me that sunny warm days are comin'!

It triggered me to look into other things you can mail without packaging and I was quite surprised to say the least. Little did I know, Buzzfeed did an article on this a couple of years ago.
