Man in North Carolina Upsetting Neighbors With Nudity for Over A Decade [VIDEO]

It's not a case of walking down the street with your wang out but more of a case of a man walking around in the nude in the comfort of his own home. You might say, well what's the problem with that? The issue lies that even though it's on his own property, he's doing it on his deck for the public to see. He has also come to the door in plain view wearing no clothes. Neighbors are upset that law enforcement hasn't done something about it. The reason behind that is that there is no law in North Carolina prohibiting one from being buck on their own property.
