Waterfront Concerts announced Monday that the band Puscifer will be performing at the Merrill Auditorium on Friday, April 8th. The band released an album at the end of October titled "Money $hot" and this will be the 2nd leg of their nationwide tour.

The band gained fame right from its inception thanks to the inclusion of Maynard James Keener who's best known for fronting the band Tool. Tool has been on hiatus in recent years, which has allowed Keenan to focus more on Puscifer. The band has released several albums, including "V is for Vagina", "C is for (insert sophomoric genitalia reference here)" and "Donkey Punch the Night".

Keenan promises that live performances from Puscifer are "more than just a band regurgitating songs. This is a multi-media performance unlike anything you've ever witnessed."

Tickets for their performance at the Merrill Auditorium go on sale Tuesday, December 29th at Noon. Visit Waterfront Concerts, PortTix, or call 1-207-842-0800 for ticket availability.

Here's the video for Puscifer's latest single, "Grand Canyon".
