Those concert goers that have followed Tool and A Perfect Circle frontman Maynard James Keenan through his performances, know that there has been one constant with him from beginning. DO NOT FILM OR PHOTO those performances. In many venues, especially when Tool was the height of their popularity, such a policy was impossible to enforce. But during A Perfect Circle's latest nationwide tour, Maynard and the rest of the band have made it perfectly clear about the policy: they're serious.

According to Revolver, as many as 60 concert attendees were tossed from A Perfect Circle's performance in Reading, Pennsylvania earlier this week and when pressed on the issue, Maynard was unapologetic:

"No. Recording. Of. Any. Kind. For. 25. Years. Guided experience. Unplug and enjoy the ride"

A Perfect Circle makes it clear around the arenas they play in that photo and video will be not be tolerated under any condition. If you're heading to the show this Friday night at the Cross Insurance Arena, be advised. Breaking this rule very well may cause you to be ejected and you won't receive an iota of sympathy from APC's frontman.

Put the iPhone away and enjoy the experience. Maybe Maynard isn't wrong on this after all.
