Watch MGMT Mellow Out and Get Spacey on ‘Conan’

MGMT stopped by 'Conan' last night to perform 'Cool Song No. 2.' And true to the duo's recent makeover last year as a slightly trippy psychedelic band, the performance was mellow, spaced-out and, um, colorful.

They didn't stray too far from the version of 'Cool Song No. 2' heard on 2013's 'MGMT' -- the track is more mood-based than anything.

But the blue lights bathing the expanded stage version of the group that performed on 'Conan' last night dominate the scene -- which is sorta cool, since the song doesn't really do much.

And check out what they're wearing. That bumps up the whole thing at least another notch. You can watch the video above.
