Carey Price played another solid game against the Bruins helping the Montreal Canadiens beat Boston 3-1 and sweep the season series.Price has been dominant against the Bruins during his career and on Sunday night stopped 34 of the 25 shots he faced which completed a 4-0 record against Boston this season.
The Canadiens took a two nothing lead after a second period goal by Dale Weise and a third period goal by Max Pacioretty. The Bruins cut the lead in half when David Pastrnak scored his 5th goal of the season at the 15:29 mark. Boston tried to even the game by pulling Tuukka Rask for an extra attacker in the final minute but the only goal scored was an empty netter by Andrei Markov with 30 seconds to play.
The Bruins will have Monday to regroup before wrapping up their 3-game home stand against Tyler Seguin and the Dallas Stars Tuesday night.
