A Portland business man originally from Nepal is in tears over the destruction recently to his village in Nepal, which was destroyed by the earthquake. Maybe you can help.

Pramod Shrestha moved to the US from Ghyampeshal, Nepal in the early 90's. He since has built a life for himself and his family by helping a friend open a restaurant and then creating two business from the ground up; Graphik Wear (prints shirts, hats, active wear and uniforms for schools, business, bands, etc) as well as Freak Street Imports (imported goods and items from Nepal as well as Vap products). Pramod has shown the American dream can still happen. He has made a life for himself and family here by hard work and belief.

The 7.8 magnitude earthquake that hit Nepal on Saturday has taken the lives of thousands now as the death toll unfortunately continues to climb. Some of those numbers come from Pramod's village. The number of those injured is double. Many who did survive are left with nothing.

This first picture is of Pramod's village in Ghyampeshal, Nepal before the quake.

Pramod has sent up a Go Fund Me Campaign to help rebuild his village and to give the people there what they need to get back on their feet. The support from Government there has been slow and non existing according to the people there. Any support will help them with medical supplies, food, water and the basic necessities to reclaim their lives again.
