According to WCSH-6, a confrontation between the owner of Marcy's Diner and a family happened at the restaurant on Saturday over a child that may have been disrupting guests. Both parties took to social media to continue the dispute, and that's when things began to boil over.

The mother of the child took to the Facebook page of Marcy's Diner to share her experience involving Neugebauer, the owner of Marcy's. Neugebauer did not shy away from a response. WCSH-6 managed to screenshot the Facebook post from Neugebauer under the Marcy's Diner account prior to it being deleted.

Neugebauer told reporters that the family's child had been screaming for "40 minutes or more" while being ignored by her parents. The parents of the child claim the child had not been unruly for that long, and that it's typical for a toddler get upset during a lengthy wait in a restaurant. Since the story broke, there has been a firestorm on social media about the incident.

So which side are you on? If Neugebauer is correct and the child was unruly for 40 minutes or more, should the parents have done something or left the restaurant?

Do you think the parents and child were treated unfairly and that the owner of Marcy's Diner should apologize?
