New England has signed another tight end to the roster as Fred Davis has agreed to a one year deal. Davis was reinstated last week after missing last season as part of an indefinite suspension for violating the leagues substance abuse policy. Davis claims he tested positive for a banned substance found in a supplement he was taking.

The 29 year old is a former second round pick and played 72 games for the Redskins with over 2,000 receiving yards and 13 touchdowns.
