It's not uncommon for people to wish to remain anonymous during a TV interview, especially while discussing things like a break-in. In this case, a woman agreed to talk to a reporter but wished to not be on camera. No prob, we'll just aim the camera down south to the camel toe. Although you can't see her face, you can certainly read her lips.
