Rob’s 3 Things to Do This Weekend [PHOTOS]

Let's start with the Insane Inflatable 5k! You've heard us getting excited about this one. Finally, inflatables that adults can enjoy without getting weird looks! This is a challenging but very fun course that doesn't require you to be in tip top shape to participate. Click here for more info and to sign up. It's this Saturday at Scarborough Downs.

Up next, For The Love Of Swayze. A night all about the studly, talented actor that left us way too soon. You know when a celebrity dies and it affects you as if you knew them? Ya, I took this one hard. Fans of the late Patrick Swayze will get a screening of Road House followed by a Dirty Dance Off and a Dirty Dance Party. I'm not sure exactly what that entails, but sounds fun! It starts at 8:30 at Empire Dine and Dance on Congress St.

Lastly, this one is kind of broad but let's take possibly the last weekend of 2014 to hit the 70's and spend it outside. Specifically one (or several) of the great patio's in the Old Port. Gritty's and Amigo's are a couple of suggestions. If you want to make your way down to the waterfront, you could stop in to The Porthole or  Portland Lobster Company. Both have a great view of Casco Bay and are likely to have some live music happening!
