Rain outs are not common place in Anaheim, however on Sunday heavy rain forced the postponement of the Red Sox and Angels resulting in a Monday doubleheader. The last time an Angels home game was postponed was 20 years ago, June 16 1995 against the Chicago White Sox.

Eduardo Rodriguez who was scheduled to start on Sunday will take the mound for game one at 5pm while Steven Wright will get the ball for game two which starts at 10pm.

Boston has yet to score a run in the first two games since the all-star break and will have to head to Houston after the doubleheader for a three game series against the Astros on Tuesday.
