The Boston Celtics to the New York Knicks 120-114 despite the fact the Knicks lost Carmello Anthony to injury in the second half and 7-foot-3 rookie Kristaps Porzingis fouled out of the game.

The Celts have now lost four in a row. The Knicks have won five of six.

Isaiah Thomas scored 34 points and Jae Crowder added 21. But, no other player did much.

Meanwhile, NY had six players in double figure scoring, led by Porzingis with 26.

Celtics coach Brad Stevens talked before the game about the death of one of his former players at Butler University, Andrew Smith. He lost his battle with cancer yesterday and Stevens was very emotional.
