Texas Judge Sentences Man to Get Married or Go to Jail?

So... in the files of WHAT THE FRIG IS WRONG WITH THIS COUNTRY, a judge forces a couple to marry in order for the man to avoid going to jail. 

So... in the files of WHAT THE FRIG IS WRONG WITH THIS COUNTRY, a judge forces a couple to marry in order for the man to avoid going to jail. Oh also, they had to write Bible verses and getting counseling.

Seems to me the only thing this illegal crackhead martian of a judge had the right to order (yes, I'm saying this with negative 400% legal knowledge whatsoever) is to get couples counseling. Even there, I'm not sure people should have anything regarding their relationship forced upon by anyone, legal or not. Anyways, read what ass backwards stuff is going on in Texas these days!
