Pics from Kongos Acoustic Performance and Rob’s Interview With the Band [PICS] [VIDEO]

The four brothers from The Kongos spent yesterday afternoon performing a four song acoustic set for CYY listeners and members of their fan club backstage at the State Theatre. Included in the set was a very stripped-down version of "Come With Me Now", they're brand new single "I Want To Know" and a cover of the Beatles - Eleanor Rigby.

Then they hung out with fans, signed autographs and took pictures. I got a chance to chat with the guys for a few as well. We talked about their first visit to Maine, life on the road as brothers and what's in the future for the band.
