The Maine Red Claws Are Holding A Free Jr. NBA Clinic This Thursday In Portland

If you have an aspiring basketball star in your family between the ages of 7-12, make sure to check out this free clinic courtesy of the Red Claws on Thursday. 

The NBA continues to push an initiative for their developmental league teams to give back to the community and that's exactly what the Maine Red Claws will do this Thursday, November 17th at the YMCA of Southern Maine as they hold a free junior NBA clinic.

The clinic, which will last from 4 to 5 p.m., will feature some of the current Maine Red Claws stars as well as coaches. Kids will have a chance to talk with players as well as run some of the very same practice drills as the professionals. The best part is that it's completely FREE for any kids between the ages of 7-12.

The YMCA of Southern Maine is located in Portland at 217 High St. Parking is limited so be advised.
