The Valentine’s Day Bandit(s) Strike Again [Pics]

Valentine's Day Bandits strike again

It came up here yesterday in conversation if the storm would keep the Valentine’s Day Bandit(s) from doing his/her/their thing. I’m sure it was more of a challenge than normal but Portland woke up to businesses plastered with paper hearts throughout the city.  Who is responsible for this yearly tradition? I’ve heard a rumor that it’s an older married couple. Whoever it is, you gotta give them props, it’s a pretty unique tradition, and they have remained inconspicuous the whole time.
