Residents of the small York County town of Parsonsfield are up a frozen creek, literally.

WGME is reporting that the town doesn't have anyone to operate a plow after the driver up and quit following the latest big snow storm.

Peter Smith quit his three-year contract with the town, and locals think it has something to do with the condition of his equipment. Most of his equipment broke down so he's throwing in the towel," says Gary Taylor, Parsonfield resident.

UPDATE: The Parsonsfield Town Council has lined up temporary help while a permanent replacement can be found.
