Your first thought when you see this picture is that Alex Todd of Chebeague Island caught an albino lobster, but look closer.

Notice that the white lobster isn't completely white? You can see a bit of color in its shell and eyes. The Maine Coast Fisherman's Assocation posted Alex's picture to their Facebook and explained that this lobster probably has a genetic mutation called Leucism, which unlike true Albinism in an animal, is not a complete loss of pigment.

Either way, its still an interesting sight to see, and his condition probably saved him for the lobster pot.
