Tiny houses are all the rage right now. Seriously, look at all of the websites dedicated to them, TV shows centered around them and food carts adopting adopting them as a mobile store. Personally, I think they're the bomb, and this spot right here in Maine thinks the same thing.

OnlyInYourState.com reports that up in Waterford near the Norway line, there's a small cabin aptly called the Crooked River Tiny House. Well, tiny houses - there's a gust house on the property, meaning that six can sleep there comfortably altogether. It's as quaint and quaint can get - check out some photos:

This place sounds like the ideal Maine winter getaway. It's close enough to Norway that guests have access to their restaurants, grocery stores, etc. For winter activities, there are sleds and snow shoes on hand to go and explore the surrounding woods. Also, as you may have guessed, it's close to some water for introspective, long looks into your own soul. Or, you know, swimming.
