Tool left onlookers in Bangor feeling like they saw something special on Saturday night, but it was the Sunday night show at the Boston Calling Festival, where Tool frontman Maynard James Keenan made a statement that is now going viral.

"Those of you who are law enforcement and military, your job is to defend our right to act like whining, entitled snowflake assholes. Myself being one. Snowflakes, your job is to respect them f---ing doing for you. Divided we fall. Don't believe the hype dumb-dumbs, we're all in this together."

Keenan has never been shy about his opinions, political or social, at live shows and in interviews. Maynard previously served in the United States Army prior to being a founding member of Tool.
