Here is one of those prime instances where hard work and long hours pay off. 17 year old Tate Yoder is graduating from George Stevens Academy this year. Before he snagged that diploma, he put together what I think is a pretty impressive project. There are several time lapses in this video, that all include 100-500 photos shot over the course of 1 to 4 hours. The video was shot around the Blue Hill area and at Acadia National Park. Tate painted the picture of his 6 month project with some words.

"For the past 6 months I’ve been working hard on a time-lapse compilation video consisting scenes from around the Downeast area. These shots have been from a range of areas and times of the day and year. This project is what I decided to do with a course I designed at GSA with the goal of learning time-lapse photography."

He said he ran into frustrating tech difficulties with his camera from time to time. Between that and the endless hours it took to do this, I gotta hand it to the kid. Very impressive!
