3 Maine Food Places That Are So Pink Barbie Would Love to Visit
We are absolutely right in the middle of the 2023 bring-back Barbie era whether we like it or not.
These places, however, have completely embraced it. Or were they covered in Pink first and now we can only help but associate them with Barbie's theme?
Barbie-mania certainly seems to be everywhere now that the movie is out, and we've found three places in Maine that are so pink, Barbie would probably love to visit.
Crown Jewel on Great Diamond Island
I've actually taken the ferry to get to this cute little pink gem and can confidently say they were pink before the Barbie era.
However, not only are their walls pink and covered with neon flamingos, but they have pretty great colorful craft cocktails as well.
Next up.
The Pink Waffle Food Truck
You'll find these guys parked anywhere from the local seltzer bar Apres in downtown Portland, who are known to have lots of different food trucks parked in their lot, to even gas stations (so much respect).
Though, it does look like they embraced their Barbie era here... more respect.
And finally, we've got...
The Pink Pastry Shop Bar Harbor
Obviously, if they're dog-friendly, they've automatically got my vote.
I will say this. There is something about the green mint chocolate chip flavor (green kind only) that absolutely hits differently, and Pink Pastry delivers.
While none of these Maine eatery's specifically designed their shops around Barbie, they're definitely trending now or should be!
Sidenote: my hair used to be bright pink before I wanted to feel like myself again around last year. Should have waited until the Barbie movie came out. Missed Opportunity HA.
