All Maine Political Signs Should Be as Epic as Binga’s in Windham
Two things are undeniable right now in Maine: 1) It's election season, and 2) Binga's in Windham is still the reigning, defending, undisputed heavyweight champion of the world when it comes to business signs.
Binga's Famous Signs
For years now, Binga's has seemed to pride itself on having the best business signs in not just Windham, not just Maine, not just New England, but the entire country. Where most businesses will use their signs to plug special deals or hours of operation, Binga's goes 10 steps above.
Sure, they'll plug their business, but in a comical way. For example -- did you know you can't buy happiness, but you sure as hell can buy Binga's wings and wash them down with tequila?
Then there's the fact that Binga's also decides to tell it like it is on their signs and say what we're all thinking when it comes to meetings at work.
Of course, every now and then they bust out a serious and heartfelt sign, like the one they currently have displayed.
But a sign they once had posted up that slightly involves politics may be one of their most epic and hilarious ever. It compared Maine Governor Janet Mills and one of the more captivating and controversial "stars" of the Netflix hit series from a couple of years ago, Tiger King.
The sign was recently shared by the Binga's Windham Instagram page on their story, which featured a screenshot of a picture of the sign posted by a New Gloucester woman named Jules.
Janet Mills and Carole Baskin
In that slightly political sign, Binga's suggested that Governor Mills and Carole Baskin may, in fact, actually be the same human being.
And honestly, when you match them up side-by-side...
...add hair to Janet or chop some of Carole's off, and they're not far off from looking identical.
Now, these are fun campaign signs we can get behind. And somewhere, Mike Tyson's tiger is getting registered to vote...
